Do you ever wonder how you got to a blog online and think “Who is this person? Can I trust their information? Why are they telling me what they’re telling?” If you’re like me and don’t have lots of time to sift through endless blogs, these are my answers to those questions. Feel free to keep reading if they mesh with what you’re looking for. You hopefully found this blog by searching for: Inspire Others. That means you’re in the right place. If you didn’t but are intrigued by the lady with lots of children, keep reading and scrolling.
Hi, I’m Rebekah Bain – I am a mom of 5, fitness coach, and homeschool wonder woman. I wear a cape when I teach….I don’t really. I just wanted to see if you were still reading 😉 I talk a lot about family, how to make enough food to keep my kids full, our crazy always-moving schedule, and how I run a business amidst the chaos we call life in the Bain household.
Still Reading…God Bless You
The Details: I’ve been a coach with Team Beachbody for nearly 7 years. I’m not a fitness instructor, I’m not a nutritionist, I like pizza, and I miss workouts sometimes…I like to inspire others who think they can’t do it and it’s too much.
The best part about those statements is that I don’t have to know all the answers or be the perfect example. Who has time for fancy pants know-it-alls. Am I right ladies? What I DO have is world-renown trainers in my back pocket and a host of nutrition that actually tastes good and fills you and your family up.
How I Can Be Useful?
I understand the insanely busy mom thing. I understand the working thing. I understand the husband being gone thing. I get ALL the things that are swirling. Life is a lot. Let’s just be honest. My goal is to help people in the ways I have been helped and help you achieve something for YOU! There are no magic promises here. Not with me. I’m Rebekah and I will always be honest with you.
And the nutrition piece? This is the piece everyone gets worried about. Me too. I like pizza remember? The programs I use come with awesome meal plan that can be customized to your needs. My kids have their own minds and preferences when it comes to food and I still get the thumbs up on dinner….most nights. 😉
My weakness? It’s gotta be the Shakeology. I know, everyone you have seen is pushing this stuff. My kids drink it. I have to hide it because my kids think it’s a treat. It’s really that tasty and I’ve got 5 of the most honest taste testers out there. Why is it so special?
- It gives your body the best possible nutrition: probiotics, prebiotics, antioxidants
- It tastes good – not like chalk. Not like goop. Like a tasty shake.
Make the Choice and You’ll See the Change
Coaches like me…we are the missing link for lots of people. It’s so much easier for me to stay committed knowing my other friend is in it with me; That there is someone I can ask questions when I feel defeated or confused. If you haven’t tried a program, you really need to! The plan works. My accountability groups each month blow me away. Everyone has different goals and are at different starting places. Come as you are! Just hang with us and you’ll notice a shift happening (that link is for a program I was part of…pretty good in my opinion!)
Can’t I Do This All On My Own?
Yep. You absolutely can.
Here are some things to think about because I was this person completely.
- You can buy the program
- Hire the trainer
- Purchase the shake
- Buy the healthy food
- Write out the meal plan (I’m already tired…)
…but until you take consistent action, nothing changes. That’s where the coach comes in to help you stay on track. Accountability!
I will admit that when I was first presented with the opportunity to be a coach, I said no.
- I didn’t want to drink the shake and I didn’t see the value. It only took me about 4 months to change my mind.
- I had completed my first 90 day program and got amazing results. I thought after giving birth to my 3rd baby, I’d never see definition in my abs again. I was wrong.
What Convinced Me to Be a Coach
- I tried Shakeology. Within 2 weeks noticed how much better I felt and my increase in energy.
- It’s easy to give into excuses when no one is there to help you get through. I had people cheering me on! 90 days into a program can be daunting when done alone.
Being a coach has helped me stay accountable to my own goals. That’s why I always throw it out there to other people. I mean, I figure if you’re going to do the program anyway then being a coach has tons of benefit. Not into coaching? No worries, just doing the program with me is a huge deal and you can always decide at a later point if that’s something for you!
When I know I am here to inspire others and encourage, it makes making the right decision easier when it comes to working out and eating well. Coaching has been a gift for my family. I have 5 kids and we move every 2 years on average due to my husband’s line of work. Through the growth of our family and constant life changes, I have been able to keep my business growing and help hundreds, if not thousands take the next step in their health and fitness. I know it isn’t a fit for everyone, but I’m not trying to work with everyone… I’m just looking for the few who can relate to my story and who may be in a place in their life where they would love to do something different, make an impact, inspire others, and bring in some extra income.
