This program lives up to its name 100%. I completed it and I feel everyone should get some sort of medal for doing so. This is not a program for beginners. Please trust me on this and let’s talk about alternatives if you are a beginner. It is nonstop, intense cardio. The first 30 days is 40 minutes a day for 6 days. The last 30 days are a full hour of pure- well… Insanity. I have a ton of clients who absolutely love this program. Me, I love my strength training.
