Chalean Extreme was my first at home fitness program. I, like many, was going to go for P90X
because it was so well advertised on TV. But my coach led me to this one. She thought that since I had just had my 3rd baby and I loved strength training that this would be a good fit. She was right! Most of the workouts are about 35 minutes with the longest going to 46. I quickly fell in love with this 5 day a week program as well as the very encouraging and upbeat trainer, Chalene Johnson.
