22 Minute Hard Corps
As a mom with 5 kids and running a business, time is limited. When this 22-minute workout was released I knew it would be my favorite go to workout in a pinch. It is the perfect combination of strength and cardio training that will push you to your limits. It keeps me working hard because I know it’s only 22 minutes.

Do you need to work on balance and flexibility? Do you enjoy Yoga or Pilates? This is your program! I used Piyo when pregnant and as a post pregnancy workout because it requires no weights and there are no high impact moves. I used it also when doing heavy strength training programs like Hammer and Chisel
